Since my return from Kripalu where I completed the first of four modules in my advanced yoga teacher training, opportunities to teach have been flowing into my life. It’s amazing how the universe responds when we set a clear and authentic intention.
You will notice a few new classes on this week’s schedule; Rockstar Fitness, 100 N Church Street Middletown 21769 is a $10 drop-in class. The studio is separate from the gym with soft lighting and music. It’s a great space and an affordable price!
The X Project,1341 Huges Ford Road Suite 110 Frederick 21701 is a cross fit gym with a separate yoga studio that is private and quiet with lots of natural light. Your first drop in class is FREE. The class card is a great deal, $100 for 10 classes ($10 per class) without the card drop-in classes are $18.
I currently teach one specialty class through Yogamour’s charitable funds in Frederick for the nonprofit organization called On Our Own and I plan to teach Trauma-Sensitive yoga classes through Yogamour upon completion of Trauma-Informed/Trauma-Sensitive yoga teacher training. (These classes will not appear on my schedule)
As my yoga path blossoms into fullness I want to be mindful of the energy I expend in preparing for and guiding classes, practicing what I preach in terms of self-care. In order to hold classes at Brightside Yoga in Braddock I will need a minunium of three students to sign up for class. You can simply send me a text (301-471-2495) or an email to “register” by the morning of the class. I will respond confirming or canceling the class by mid-day.
I want to thank each and every one of you for walking with me along this path. I hope to continue to share the practice of yoga and the unfolding of this one wild and precious life with you.
