Dear Yoga Community, In attempts to manage my time, practice self-care, AND ENCOURAGE class participation I sent an email this past weekend asking that everyone sign up for class and that I would require at least three yogis in attendance to hold class. OUT OF THE MOUTHS OF BABES! "Mom, if I got an email like that I would assume that you didn't want to hold yoga classes anymore and that classes are a burden for you...but maybe I'm just sensitive." My daughter spouted after reading my email. I'm "sensitive"! From a recipient's perspective, I guess I would have thought the same thing! Nothing could be further from the truth. It is an honor and a prividlege to practice yoga with each and every one of you. I have had quite a few slices of humble pie in my day so eating my words here is actually going down quite smoothly. Disregard my request for sign-up. I will hold the space for you to share your practice with me every Monday at 5:45, Friday at 5:45, and Sunday at 4:30. Cancellations will occur only if I am sick, or traveling for instance. Otherwise, I will hold that time and space sacred for practicing yoga with my community. Humbly yours, Kerri
